Headaches, migraine

Migraine headaches are sometimes preceded by an appearance of flashes, sparks or zig-zag images in the field of vision. Vitamin B2, vitamin D, calcium and magnesium may be of use. I have successfully been able to supress the zig-zag visual images by taking one capsule of Feverfew.
