Depression, mild:
mild regular exercise may help alleviate the symptoms. Vitamin B complex, vitamin C, calcium and magnesium may be useful dietary supplements Vitamin B9 and omega-3 fatty acids may also be of use. Cut back on caffeine use. Note: some prescription drugs may cause depression as a side effect.
