Corn Bread with Baking Powder and with Fructose as Sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F
Ingredients:
2 cups corn meal
2 cups flour
1/2 cup fructose
1 tablespoon baking powder
skip the salt
2/3 cup salad oil
2 eggs
2 cups milk
First, mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix in the oil, eggs and milk. After mixing, pour batter into a large baking pan (9" x 13" x 2").
Baking in a 400°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve when warm.
Then refrigerate or freeze for later use.
