Weather in the Big Bend region of Texas

Big Bend National Park is one the most beautiful areas in the United States, with a combination of desert, river and mountain scenery. It has a temperate climate in late autumn, winter and early spring. The rest of the year it is hot, hot, hot. So far, I have only visited Big Bend in the winter.
