Anxiety
also see Nervousness and Stress. Eliminate as much refined sugar, alcohol and caffeine from the diet as you can. Caffeine is found in such sources such as coffee, tea, cola drinks, other soft drinks and OTC medicines. Possibly useful dietary supplements include vitamin B-complex, vitamin B3, calcium, magnesium and inositol [Dummies]. Other possibly useful dietary supplements include vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. Regular moderate exercise will probably be helpful in minimizing anxiety.
