Tinnitus (a constant ringing in the ears):

often caused by chronic exposure to loud noises. (cut back or eliminate: coffee, tea or other sources of caffeine; cut back aspirin and NSAIDs). Dietary supplements such as vitamin B12 and zinc may be of use.
