Cucumber-Yoghurt-Mint Salad

Ingredients:

Cucumber

Yoghurt

Mint leaves, dried


Directions:

slice and then dice part of one cucumber

crumble up several dried mint leaves

place both in a bowl and then add enough yoghurt to thoroughly coat the cumcumber and mint. Experiment and vary the proportions as you desire.


Serve and eat immediately.
